MEET THE EXECUTIVE TEAM

The Executive Team shares the responsibility of leadership and daily management at Stonecroft Ministries Headquarters and on the field. With their individual gifts and years of experience, they are well qualified to provide godly and professional leadership.

GENEVA VOLLRATH: President and CEO

Geneva Vollrath has a rich background and a heart rooted in Christian ministry. As a child, she learned from her parents as they helped establish a Bible-based church. Seeing Christians work together to build something lasting made a profound impact on Geneva's spiritual life and fired her passion for ministry. Geneva has served in a variety of ministries in the past 25 years, including Young Life, InterVarsity, and the American Bible Society. In June 2004, God led Geneva to the position of CEO for Stonecroft Ministries. "I believe God has uniquely positioned Stonecroft Ministries to carry His message of salvation to women of all generations in today's culture," said Geneva.

Cheryl J. Davis: Vice President of Ministry

C DavisCheryl Davis has nearly 15 years of management experience in non-profit, para-church ministry. She has overseen successful teams at leading international Christian ministries, including Focus on the Family and Compassion International, and most recently as Director of Ministry Outreach at MOPS International. As Vice President of Ministry, Cheryl identifies, trains, equips, and encourages volunteer leaders to spread the hope of Jesus Christ throughout the world. “We are at a pivotal point in the history of this ministry,” said Cheryl. “God is doing a fresh thing at Stonecroft and being able to join Him in this work is incredible for me.”

He worked in public accounting for seven years and is a Certified Public Accountant. Jim served as the Chief Financial Officer for 11 years at a local youth ministry and joined Stonecroft in 2000. As Stonecroft’s Chief Financial Officer, Jim is responsible for the financial matters of the ministry, including ensuring the well-being and stewardship of resources and Stonecroft’s accountably to those who support the ministry.  “I enjoy being able to use the gifts God has given me to help Stonecroft reach people for Christ,” said Jim.

She moved to Kansas City in 1975 and worked at a youth ministry for 26 years. Sue had several friends who worked at Stonecroft who encouraged her to join the team. In 2001, Sue felt led by the Lord to accept the position now known as Director of Human Resources. In her role, she handles payroll, benefits, interviewing, hiring, and training. “I love the people here, and I love equipping the staff,” said Sue. “It’s exciting to see how God is working at Stonecroft and where He is going to take us in the future.”

RUTH HILD:  Vice President of Operations

“I saw how Stonecroft changed my sister’s life through an outreach group, and I wanted to be a part of it,” said Ruth. Growing up in Illinois, Ruth moved to Kansas City in 1975 to join the Stonecroft staff. She earned a bachelor of arts in human resources from MidAmerica Nazarene University and has worked in a variety of positions at Stonecroft throughout the years. Currently, she is serving as the Director of Operations and oversees the areas of technology, resources, print production, distribution, maintenance, and hospitality. “One of my goals is to continue expanding and improving the area of technology, so that we can find new avenues for reaching people for Christ,” said Ruth.
